Scratch card Competition Rules and Conditions

  1. Eligibility: The competition is open to all customers of Americana and Elaine’s. Each participant is allowed only one entry per person.
  2. Entry Method: Entry is via the website using a QR code provided on a card placed on the table at Americana and Elaine’s.
  3. Competition Period: The competition will run from the start date until 31st January 2025. All prizes must be redeemed between 2nd January and 28th February 2025.
  4. Prize Notification: Winners will receive an email notification with details of their prize.
  5. Prize Redemption: To claim the prize, participants must show their winning email notification before their meal, meals must be booked in advance. Prizes cannot be claimed on the day of entry but must be redeemed on future visits.
  6. Prizes: Every participant is a winner, with prizes ranging from a free drink to meals each month for a year.
  7. Non-Transferable: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
